The Gulch is bounded by Broadway to the north, 8th Avenue South to the east, I-40 to the south, and 12th Avenue South to the west — sitting in the seam between downtown and Music Row.

## Character

        

High-density, walkable, demographically young and affluent. The area has no historic housing stock; its architecture is entirely post-2000 glass and steel.

      
    
    
          
        

## History
