NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Spooky Sprint Nashville is set for Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 8 a.m. at Two Rivers Park, located at 2320 Two Rivers Pkwy, Nashville, TN 37214, giving Halloween-season runners and walkers a full slate of distances on one east Nashville course.
The Halloween-season race offers a 5K, 10K, half marathon, untimed 1-mile run, and a kids dash, giving runners and walkers of every pace and fitness level a way to take part. Families, first-timers, and runners chasing a personal record are all welcome on the park loops.
Packet pickup runs from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. at Two Rivers Park. The kids dash begins at 7:55 a.m., and participants should meet at the start line, where staff will walk them out to the starting area. The national anthem and main race start take place at 8 a.m. Results and awards are available at the registration tent as soon as runners cross the finish line.
The 5K, 10K, and half marathon are chip-timed and include a custom bib, designer shirt, and custom finisher medal. The 1-mile run is untimed and includes the same bib, shirt, and medal package. The kids dash is an untimed run for children ages 10 and under, with a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a medal made specifically for the kids dash. Children who want to run without the swag package can join the kids dash on race day for free.
Runners ages 12 and under can register for the 5K or 10K at a youth rate of $17. Participants who registered by midnight on Thursday, October 8, two Thursdays before race day, are guaranteed a race shirt. Event organizers list Two Rivers Park Parking Lot at 2320 Two Rivers Pkwy as the meetup point, and All Bodies Race Company notes events proceed rain or shine with a no-refund policy while still allowing packet pickup if a runner cannot finish the course.
The format is built to stay affordable and inclusive so groups of friends and families can sign up together and choose the distance that fits each person, from the kids dash up to the half marathon, before the Oct. 17 start gun.
